House rules
16019 Latrobe Ave, Oak Forest
Standard house rules for this home. Draft, pending owner approval
These are draft rules for this single-family house, covering quiet hours, trash, parking, smoking, pets, and guests. They are not yet the signed lease. The lease and any local law control if they differ.
- Quiet hours
- Keep noise at a level that does not disturb the neighbors, especially overnight and outdoors. Exact quiet hours will be set by the owner in the lease.
- Trash and recycling
- Keep trash and recycling in the bins provided. Put bins at the curb only for collection day and bring them back afterward. Bulk items need prior arrangement.
- Parking
- Park in the attached two-car garage or on the driveway. Do not park on the lawn or block the sidewalk. Street parking follows village rules.
- Smoking
- No smoking of any kind inside the house or garage, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and electronic cigarettes. Outdoor smoking rules follow the lease and local law.
- Pets
- Assistance animals are a reasonable accommodation, not a pet, and are not charged a pet fee. Move-in payments are being finalized and are available on request. Ask leasing before bringing any animal. Other pet rules follow the lease.
- Guests
- Short stays by guests are fine. Longer stays need written approval; the lease will set the limit. You are responsible for your guests on the property.
