We buy houses that need work, renovate them, and then rent or sell them. Two named projects are listed below: 1304 Corrie Ln in New Lenox (Project) and 4616 W 152nd St in Oak Forest (Flip project). Progress photos and fuller updates will be posted as work moves along.
Each project will follow the same steps: purchase, renovation, and then rent or sale. When a renovated home is ready to rent, it will be listed on the Homes page with its rent, layout, and photos, and it will follow the same screening process as our other rentals. Our current rentals are in Oak Forest, Monee, Kankakee, and Ottawa. Recent sales include 11616 S Harvard Ave in West Pullman, a 1947 brick ranch remodeled in 2026 and sold in July 2026, and 6814 S Parnell Ave, a four-unit building sold in January 2026.
