Check on an application or a repair.

Call or write the office handling your file. Have your name, the residence, and the date you applied or reported the problem ready.

Rental applications

For the status of an application, the fee, or a screening question, contact leasing.

Contact form

Use the contact form

This website never asks for a card number. Leasing will tell you when to expect credit and eviction-history results. Some steps, such as inspections required by a housing program, follow that program's timeline. Pricing and availability come directly from the leasing office, so ask the leasing office which units are open before you apply. Our four rentals are in Oak Forest, Monee, Kankakee, and Ottawa. Every property has air conditioning, and every lease is 12 months. When you are ready, start an application or request a tour from the listing.

Maintenance requests

For a scheduled repair or a follow-up, contact service. For an emergency, call.

Contact form

Use the maintenance form

When you follow up on a maintenance request, name the residence and unit, describe what failed, and say whether we may enter. Gas, active flooding, fire or smoke, and no heat in freezing weather are emergencies. For gas, leave the building first. For fire, call 911. Then use the contact form. For a breaker, a clogged drain, or a chirping smoke detector, the maintenance page lists quick fixes you can try first. If a step does not work, open a ticket. Report other repairs through the maintenance form. Have your name, the residence, and the date you reported the problem ready.
